Alanah Bratley, PharmD
Dr. Bratley earned both her Bachelor of Science in Biomolecular Science and Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Michigan. She completed her PGY-1 at Corewell Health William Beaumont University Hospital. Her professional interests include anticoagulation, heart failure, pediatrics and irritable bowel disease. Dr. Bratley is a Ambulatory Care Clinical Pharmacy Specialist with Henry For Health Systems.
Chelsea Dezfuli, PharmD, BCPS
Chelsea Dezfuli completed her pharmacy education at University of Tennessee College of Pharmacy in 2021. In completing her PGY1 at Baptist-Memphis, she developed a passion for heart failure, diabetes, and anticoagulation. A long-term goal of hers is to give back to the community by precepting pharmacy students. Chelsea is currently an Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Specialist at Yale New Haven in Connecticut.
Randi Katz, PharmD, BCPS, BCACP
Dr. Katz earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from Tufts University. She completed her pharmacy education at the University of Michigan in 2020. Upon graduation, she completed her PGY-1 residency training at Yale New Haven Health in Connecticut.
Randi is currently working as an Ambulatory Care Pharmacist at Ascension Grand Blanc. Her clinical interests include diabetes, anticoagulation, and heart failure.
Patricia Lee, PharmD, BCACP
Dr. Choi completed her pharmacy education at Wayne State University in 2019. Upon graduation, she completed her PGY-1 residency training at Mercy Health Saint Mary's in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Dr. Choi completed her PGY2 at Beaumont, Royal Oak in 2021.
Her clinical interests include diabetes, anticoagulation, and outpatient antimicrobial stewardship. Dr. Choi is currently an Ambulatory Care Pharmacist- Internal Medicine with Henry Ford Health Systems.
Bianca Mayzel, PharmD, BCACP
Dr. Mayzel completed her professional education at the University of Toledo earning her Doctorate of Pharmacy in May 2018. She completed her PGY-1 at Cleveland Clinic’s, Hillcrest Hospital. Dr. Mayzel’s clinical interests include diabetes,
hypertension, heart failure, asthma and COPD. She is currently a Clinical Pharmacist Ambulatory Care at the Family Medicine/Internal Medicine Hillcrest.
Kaylin Braekevelt, PharmD, BCACP
Dr. Braekevelt completed her professional education at Wayne State University located in Detroit, MI, earning her Doctorate of Pharmacy in May 2017. She completed her PGY-1 at Harper University Hospital, Detroit Medical Center. Her clinical interests
include diabetes, heart failure, anticoagulation, and academia. After finishing her PGY2 year Dr. Braekevelt took a position as a clinical pharmacist in the pharmacist at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan.

Dr. Kish completed her professional education at Duquesne University located in Pittsburgh, PA, earning her Doctorate of Pharmacy in May 2016. She completed her PGY1 pharmacy residency at Beaumont, Royal Oak. Dr. Kish is currently a Primary Care Clinical
Pharmacy Specialist at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, OH.
Whitney Aultman, Pharm.D., BCACP
Dr. Aultman completed her undergradulate degree at Michigan State University in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology and completed her professional education at Ferris State University where she received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree in 2015. She completed
her PGY-1 at Beaumont, Royal Oak. Her clinical interests include diabetes, heart failure, asthma/COPD, smoking cessation and practice management. After completing her PGY-2 Dr. Aultman is accepted an Ambulatory Care Clinical Pharmacist with State
of Franklin Healthcare Associates and is an Assistant Professor with East Tennessee State University Bill Gatton College of Pharmacy.
Nadia Aneese, PharmD, BCACP

Dr. Ridgeway received her Bachelor's of Science Degree and Doctorate of Pharmacy Degree from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. She completed both a Pharmacy Practice Residency and Primary Care Specialty Residency at Beaumont Hospital (2005-2007).
Dr. Ridgeway serves as the Director or Ambulatory Care Clinical Services for Henry Ford Health System.
Colleen D. Lauster, PharmD, BCPS, CDCES
Dr. Lauster received both her BS in Pharmacy and Doctor of Pharmacy from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. She completed a pharmacy practice residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago and an ambulatory care specialty residency at William
Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan (2002-2003). She rejoined Beaumont Royal Oak in 2013 and is currently practicing in the Outpatient Clinic as an Ambulatory Care specialist. Prior to this, Dr. Lauster had various clinical and academic roles
in Pittsburgh and Chicago. She precepts pharmacy students and residents. Areas of clinical and research interests include patient education, OB, and diabetes.

Dr. Muench received both her Bachelor's of Science Degree and Doctorate of Pharmacy degree from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. She completed an ambulatory care specialty residency at Beaumont Hospital from 2000-2001. Dr. Muench serves as
an Ambulatory Care clinical specialist and PGY2 Ambulatory Care Residency Program Director Dr. Muench's practice and research interests are in the area of diabetes, anticoagulation and transitions of care.
